LOVELAND, Ohio (WKRC) — A Loveland mother has been arrested after a disturbing video surfaced showing her allegedly abusing her infant child. The video, which went viral, depicts 20-year-old Cloe Workman spitting on her baby, pushing the child down by the head, and pouring dish soap into the child’s mouth. Workman is facing charges of child endangerment and domestic violence. According to court documents, she sent the video to the child’s father. A family member said the girl is a little more than a year old and is now safe with the mother’s grandparents.
