Takesha Williams, 24, and Efrem Allen Jr., 25, were charged with manslaughter after not calling for help as the 3-year-old’s health declined.
BARTOW, Fla. — Authorities on Friday upgraded charges against a couple from Bartow after a 3-year-old with open sores and severe injuries died earlier in the month, according to Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
Takesha Williams, 24, and Efrem Allen, Jr., 25, face charges of aggravated manslaughter of a child as it was learned the two failed to contact a health care professional as the 3-year-old’s health sharply declined between May 11-12, deputies said.

Mystic Kueen yes Girl I will go ahead and say it but make sure it’s appropriate it. They need the same thing done to them like they did to this poor baby. And I don’t if this was a little girl or a little boy!! But when I had catch the replay be cause I did miss some of it . And when I was listening to sheriff Judd Gredy read the autopsy I was in tears what this poor baby went through. No child deserves that and see their is numbers to places people can call if they don’t want their child but these are monsters and they will get whats coming for them because God will take care of them. RIP baby boy or baby girl.

These monsters need to be put to death. It breaks my heart any time a child is sexually or physically abused or murder. I will never understand it. Why not give your child up for adoption to a loving family. Poor baby RIH

Rushing Barbara I would say what they need to do with these people but its not appropriate
for the internet. These type of people are sick in the mind body heart and spirit. I agree with
you if they dont’t want the kids or it’s just to much for them to handle they can give the kids away
to somebody that wants kids and their is also The Safe Haven Baby Box organization
staffs a 24-hour hotline (1-866-99BABY1) to give women the opportunity to talk to a trained
professional as they consider safely surrendering their baby. There is also adoption agency. If an emergency call 911 if all fails.
